Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum-secure cryptography and neural interfaces
- Establish ESG compliance frameworks for AI deployment and digital infrastructure
- Direct cross-divisional innovation sprints with $2M+ annual budget
- Develop patent portfolios for proprietary next-gen algorithms
- Forge strategic partnerships with DARPA and MIT Media Lab
- Mentor AI ethics councils and diversity-in-tech initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in emerging tech
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum systems
- Proven track record scaling tech teams from 5 to 500+ engineers
- Expertise in ISO 26000 and IEEE 7000 standards
- Portfolio of commercialized AI/quantum products
