Responsibilities

- Coordinate with C-suite executives to align innovation strategies with business objectives
- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets for experimental technology projects
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile development of prototype solutions
- Present strategic briefings to investors and industry stakeholders
- File intellectual property portfolios for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals
