- Patent 3+ breakthrough technologies annually through IP strategy leadership
- Mentor next-gen talent in emerging tech incubator programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, and synthetic biology
- Executive presence with C-suite/board communication skills
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering from Tier 1 institution
- Published research in Nature/Science with 50+ citations
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
