Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating quantum computing, AI, and biotech
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and innovation ROI
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or technology innovation leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or climate tech
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong financial modeling for long-term tech investments
- Excellent stakeholder management across technical and business domains
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Strategy
