Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market impact by 2026
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market landscape analysis for next-gen technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Build partnerships with research institutions and technology incubators
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing long-term tech roadmaps beyond 2025
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, AR/VR, blockchain, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and future trend forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capability
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
- MSc/MBA or equivalent in technology, business, or related field
