Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype next-gen solutions with 18-24 month horizons
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and investor stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for collaborative innovation
- mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 3+ years in future-focused roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Proven track record of launching products with 5+ year development cycles
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
