Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and integrating emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for future tech landscapes
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to present strategic recommendations and secure stakeholder buy-in

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
