Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with market forecasts and client needs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and testing emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive advantages
- Design ethical frameworks for future tech implementation ensuring sustainability and inclusivity
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members

Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years focused on future-tech forecasting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Management (MBA preferred)
- Proven track record leading successful tech transformation projects ($10M+ scale)
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, or Web3
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS Certified Futurist) or equivalent
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating published tech trend analyses or innovation frameworks
