Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum AI, neural interfaces, and climate tech innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with $10M+ R&D budget
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global tech accelerators
- Present futuristic tech visions to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Oversee implementation of ethical AI frameworks for autonomous systems
- Drive patent development for at least 3 breakthrough technologies annually
- Lead the Future Tech Lab incubator program mentoring emerging talent
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in strategic tech planning with 3+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum initiatives from concept to market
- Deep expertise in climate tech, biotech convergence, or neurotech
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks
