- Present at Davos and UN Tech Summits on emerging tech policy
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI with 10+ years in quantum computing
- Published 5+ papers in Nature/Science on exponential tech
- Track record of scaling tech teams from 5 to 500+ members
- Expertise in ISO 27001 and NIST AI Risk Frameworks
- Fluency in Mandarin and German for global partnerships
- Portfolio of 3+ commercialized quantum applications
