- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Develop predictive models for tech adoption and disruption impact across sectors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation sprints with prototyping teams for 2026-ready solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning or innovation leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and disruption analysis frameworks
