- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neuromorphic chips) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Partner with product teams to integrate breakthrough technologies into customer-facing offerings
- Analyze global tech trends and regulatory shifts to inform strategic pivots
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Manage a $15M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused technology investments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, biotech)
- Proven track record of implementing future-ready technology roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy (PhD preferred)
