Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026 technology adoption roadmap, forecasting quantum computing integration timelines
- Architect cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives combining biotech, AI, and space exploration technologies
- Partner with venture capital firms to identify and acquire breakthrough startups in emerging fields
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance under new global regulations
- Present technology vision to C-suite, boards, and regulatory bodies with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish innovation labs in emerging tech hubs (Singapore, Berlin, Dubai)
- Mentor next-generation engineers through our 'Future Builders' program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years industry experience
- Proven track record leading technology strategy at Fortune 500 companies or unicorn startups
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (neurotech, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or major tech conferences (NeurIPS, Nature, etc.)
- Experience securing $50M+ in government innovation grants and private funding
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi technique)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
