Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to define technology milestones, infrastructure upgrades, and product evolution targets for 2026 and beyond.
- Emerging Tech Assessment: Continuously monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Green Tech) to identify high-impact opportunities for our business.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee Research and Development initiatives, ensuring a balance between short-term wins and long-term visionary projects.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical strategies into clear, compelling narratives for executive stakeholders, investors, and cross-functional teams.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of competitor strategies and market shifts to refine our unique value proposition.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership within a Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environment.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and cloud infrastructure architectures.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets exceeding $1M.
