Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, bio-digital interfaces)
- Conduct scenario planning for global tech disruptions and regulatory shifts
- Establish KPI frameworks for innovation ROI and adoption metrics
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Present technology visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or product innovation leadership
- Proven experience with emerging tech forecasting and adoption curves
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio of executed technology transformation initiatives
- Expertise in AI ethics, sustainable tech, and human-centered design
- Strong financial modeling and risk assessment capabilities
