Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with company vision and market forecasts
- Lead research on emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, sustainable systems) and their business applications
- Design and execute innovation pilots to validate future-facing technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor global tech disruptions and competitive landscape shifts
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future technology integration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Experience with scenario planning and future forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio of successfully launched innovative tech initiatives
