Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and sustainable systems
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends and translate market opportunities into strategic initiatives
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget for experimental projects
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in tech strategy or product innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products to market
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (patents, whitepapers, conferences)
- Experience scaling teams for disruptive innovation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Assessment preferred
