Responsibilities
- Design and implement 2026-era technology roadmaps for quantum computing and AI integration
- Lead R&D initiatives in autonomous systems and human-machine interfaces
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation with business objectives
- Mentor a diverse team of futurists, engineers, and data scientists
- Secure patents and publish research in top-tier journals
- Drive adoption of circular economy principles in tech development
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and startups
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics
- Expertise in agile development and prototyping emerging tech
- Proven track record of scaling R&D teams from 5 to 50+
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems
- Experience with blockchain and decentralized architectures
