Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable impact KPIs
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, neurotech, and sustainable AI systems
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Develop patentable technologies and publish in top-tier scientific journals
- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets and vendor partnerships with global tech leaders
- Mentor cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and business strategists
- Present findings to industry panels and government technology councils
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies at scale
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, neurotech, or sustainable AI
- Experience managing multi-million dollar R&D budgets
- Published research in Nature, Science, or IEEE journals
- Strategic planning experience with Fortune 500 companies
- Strong network with global tech innovation ecosystems
- Certification in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent
