Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy advanced machine learning models and deep learning architectures.
- Optimize AI pipelines for scalability, speed, and efficiency to handle high-volume data streams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Research and implement the latest breakthroughs in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI development.
- Ensure model interpretability, fairness, and robustness in production environments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, AI, or a related domain.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of deep learning frameworks and cloud-based AI services (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with MLOps, model versioning, and CI/CD for machine learning pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
