Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, sustainable AI)
- Develop 5-year tech roadmaps aligning with market evolution and regulatory landscapes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Drive innovation sprints focused on solving 2026-specific challenges (e.g., climate modeling, autonomous systems)
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior engineers in next-gen development methodologies

Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field with 5+ years R&D experience
