Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-focused technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with 3+ year commercialization horizons
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with exponential growth potential
- Design strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts affecting 2026 landscape
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech or R&D leadership
- Proven experience developing long-term (5+ year) innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Track record of commercializing pre-commercial technologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technology adoption curves
- Exceptional strategic communication and stakeholder management skills
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major tech innovations launched in past decade
