Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical neural networks for enterprise-scale AI applications
- Develop error-corrected quantum algorithms achieving quantum advantage in machine learning tasks
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing infrastructure supporting real-time AI inference
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists, ML engineers, and domain specialists
- Translate complex quantum concepts into actionable business solutions for Fortune 500 clients
- Drive patent development in quantum machine learning and quantum-resistant cryptography
- Establish industry standards for quantum-AI integration protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction methodologies
- Proven track record developing production-level AI/ML systems at scale
- Deep knowledge of quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and frameworks
- Familiarity with quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, trapped ion, photonic)
- Strong publication record in top-tier quantum/AI journals or conferences
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Ability to communicate complex quantum concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
