Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and evaluating emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Establish innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and pilot testing of breakthrough technologies
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present tech vision to investors, board members, and industry forums
- Drive ethics-first implementation of disruptive technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies or innovation roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Proven success scaling tech initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or sustainable tech
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry platforms
