- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and vendor partnerships for emerging tech ecosystems
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, product innovation, or emerging technology roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Proven track record in developing AI/ML-driven business models or quantum computing applications
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes (GDPR, CCPA, FTC guidelines) for emerging tech
- Certifications in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CIMP) or emerging technologies (e.g., AWS ML)
- Experience with scenario planning and future-state modeling methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio of 3+ innovation projects with measurable impact (ROI, market share, or adoption metrics)
