Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap across AI, biotech, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen solutions with 5+ year market impact
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum computing labs and AI research institutes
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with exponential potential
- Present future tech frameworks to C-suite executives and board of directors
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough innovations in human-machine collaboration
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and cognitive AI deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 5+ year market cycles
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology, or fusion energy
- Experience with futures methodology and scenario planning frameworks
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering preferred
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Strong network with DARPA, NASA, or similar innovation ecosystems
