Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging threats and opportunities in global tech markets
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical capabilities with strategic business objectives
- Produce predictive models for tech ROI and market penetration scenarios
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation maturity and competitive positioning
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present strategic recommendations to the board with data-driven impact assessments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, product innovation, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching future-focused tech initiatives with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Analytics
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from WFS or Foresight Institute)
- Experience developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
