Role Overview:
In this pivotal role, you will lead the architectural design and development of our flagship AI products. You will be responsible for guiding a team of elite engineers, establishing best practices for AI ethics and safety, and ensuring our systems are scalable, robust, and future-proof.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the development of scalable machine learning infrastructure and deep learning frameworks.
- Research & Development: Spearhead research initiatives to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., LLMs, Computer Vision) into our core product suite.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior and senior engineers, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Strategic Planning: Define technical roadmaps and collaborate with product management to align AI capabilities with business goals.
- Performance Optimization: Tune models for speed, accuracy, and efficiency, ensuring low-latency deployment in production environments.
- Ethical AI Governance: Implement and monitor ethical guidelines to ensure AI outputs are fair, transparent, and unbiased.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks. Experience with MLOps and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is required.
- Language Models: Strong background in training, fine-tuning, and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex algorithmic problems and debug high-stakes systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
