Responsibilities
- Define the Vision: Lead the strategic direction for the 2026 product suite, identifying emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Spatial Computing) that offer the highest ROI.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee a dedicated research team focused on prototyping and validating breakthrough concepts before commercialization.
- Executive Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives to align technical roadmaps with broader business goals and market opportunities.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring buy-in and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Market Analysis: Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to anticipate shifts in the industry and adjust our trajectory accordingly.
- Resource Allocation: Manage the budget and resources for the Future Tech division, ensuring efficiency and high-impact delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D management, or a senior technical leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technical visions and executing complex roadmaps.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
