Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Define and articulate the long-term technological vision for the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Identify, evaluate, and recommend emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) that will define the 2026 landscape.
- Architectural Visioning: Collaborate with CTOs and engineering leads to design scalable, future-proof system architectures.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical strategies into compelling narratives for investors, executives, and partners.
- Risk Assessment: Proactively identify potential technological disruptions and develop mitigation strategies.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead internal hackathons and R&D initiatives focused on 'Year 2026' proof-of-concepts.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, enterprise architecture, or product management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Infrastructure, and digital transformation methodologies.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at the executive level.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or similar strategic architecture certifications are a plus.
