- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology foresight framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis

- Produce strategic whitepapers on emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Advise executive leadership on technology adoption timelines and ethical implications
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPI tracking
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on disruptive technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI safety
- Proven track record of launching successful tech innovation programs
- Strong network with DARPA, IEEE, and World Economic Forum tech councils
- Experience with scenario planning and technology roadmapping methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
