Qualifications
- 10+ years in emerging tech strategy with 5+ at director level
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or equivalent
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier conferences
- Proven track record of scaling tech from concept to market
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and neuromorphic computing
- Strong network in DARPA, IARPA, and EU Horizon programs
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Experience with ISO 26000 and ESG tech frameworks
