You'll translate complex data into actionable insights, guiding executive decisions and product development while maintaining a pulse on global megatrends.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-cultural shifts, and economic indicators to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop and maintain horizon-scanning frameworks and trend-mapping systems
- Create scenario-planning models for organizational resilience and adaptation
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives through compelling narratives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership content and white papers on future-facing topics
- Monitor geopolitical developments and regulatory impacts on industry trajectories
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing scenario-planning methodologies
- Expertise in AI, biotech, climate tech, or quantum computing trends
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning Platform, Trend Hunter)
- Published thought leadership in industry publications or journals
