Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for the year 2026, aligning with company goals and market trends.
- Innovation Leadership: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Spatial Computing) to drive competitive advantage.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and executive teams to translate visionary concepts into actionable development plans.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on industry shifts to inform strategic pivots and investment decisions.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex strategies to C-level executives and stakeholders with clarity and persuasion.
- Change Management: Lead the adoption of futuristic technologies, ensuring organizational readiness for 2026 and beyond.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term visions (5+ years out) and delivering on them.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of current and future tech stacks, including AI, Cloud Architecture, and Web3 concepts.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical audiences.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading diverse teams and driving organizational change.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
