Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to prototype and validate concepts for the 2026 roadmap.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities in the technological landscape to ensure a competitive edge.
- Present complex technical concepts to C-level executives and stakeholders to secure buy-in.
- Lead workshops and hackathons focused on futuristic problem-solving and innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, R&D Management, or Advanced Engineering.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale innovation initiatives or "Future Tech" projects.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML, Cloud Architecture, and next-gen computing paradigms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
