Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the company’s vision for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Identify, evaluate, and recommend emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Green Tech) to drive competitive advantage.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical strategies to executive stakeholders.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead internal initiatives and hackathons focused on solving future industry challenges.
- Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with startups, research institutions, and tech thought leaders to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or a related field, with a proven track record of forward-thinking leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to translate long-term market trends into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
