Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and pilot emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT) to assess their potential impact on our industry.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Present complex strategic concepts to C-suite executives and board members, translating technical jargon into actionable business insights.
- Partnership Management: Cultivate relationships with key technology vendors, startups, and research institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
- Innovation Labs: Lead the internal innovation lab, driving proof-of-concept initiatives and experimental projects.
- Resource Allocation: Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for future tech initiatives to maximize ROI and risk mitigation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, consulting, or product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate market shifts and translate them into actionable strategic plans.
