Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-resistant security frameworks for next-gen infrastructure
- Lead development of AI-human symbiotic systems for autonomous decision-making
- Design sustainable computing solutions achieving 1000x efficiency gains
- Establish ethical governance protocols for emergent technologies
- Partner with academic institutions to commercialize breakthrough research
- Develop patent portfolios covering at least 3 disruptive technologies
- Create implementation roadmaps for global deployment of future systems
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with proven tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least 2 of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature/Science) or equivalent impact
- Successful track record scaling technologies from prototype to global deployment
- Certification in emerging technology governance frameworks
- Experience securing >$50M in R&D funding from government/private sources
