Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to forecast market disruptions through 2026+
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Deliver executive briefings on future trends and their competitive implications
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and thought leaders
- Quantify innovation ROI through scenario modeling and impact assessments
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching products/services based on future trend analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation frameworks
