Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise architecture or R&D leadership
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, quantum algorithms, or distributed systems
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies to market
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Physics
- Strong background in ethical tech governance and sustainable design
- Experience with venture capital partnerships and tech commercialization
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
