Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech with 5+ years in emerging technologies leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with publication record
- Proven track record launching at least two industry-defining products
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, generative AI, or sustainable tech
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ engineers
- Strong background in securing federal innovation grants
- Published author or keynote speaker at major tech conferences
