Qualifications
- 10+ years in engineering leadership with proven track record in emerging tech domains

- Proficiency in cloud-native architectures and distributed systems at petabyte scale

- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation grants or venture funding
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
