Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the Project 2026 AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Define and drive the technical roadmap for our artificial intelligence products, aligning with the 2026 strategic vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Optimize existing machine learning pipelines and develop novel algorithms to enhance model accuracy and efficiency.
- Mentor and coach junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and cloud technology to integrate best practices into our development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior technical leadership or architecture role.
- Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages, specifically Python and C++.
- Experience designing distributed systems and microservices architecture on AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale projects from concept to deployment.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field is preferred.
