- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Manage innovation portfolios and allocate resources for high-potential future-tech initiatives
- Drive cross-functional adoption of emerging technologies across product lines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or product development with 3+ years in future-tech roles
- Proven track record of successfully launching innovative tech solutions
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., quantum, AI, blockchain)
