Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, Web4.0) for strategic adoption
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology integration
- Conduct competitive analysis and market positioning for next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with ROI projections
- Manage technology partnerships and ecosystem development
- Monitor regulatory landscapes impacting future technology deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology assessment and implementation
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or decentralized systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business; PhD preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
