Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for disruptive applications
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present technology roadmaps and innovation proposals to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive organizational adoption of future-proof methodologies and tools
- Mentor innovation teams on emerging technology integration and ethical implementation
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology roles with proven impact in emerging tech domains
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or sustainable tech
- Track record of developing and implementing successful innovation roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex tech concepts into business value
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through technology transformation initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry conferences
- Certification in emerging technology domains (e.g., AWS ML, IBM Quantum) preferred
