Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for emerging technologies (2026-2030 horizon) including quantum AI, neuro-interfaces, and climate-tech solutions
- Analyze global tech trends and regulatory landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop cross-functional roadmaps for enterprise adoption of frontier technologies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen systems and validate market viability
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and investor stakeholders
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible innovation in high-impact domains
- Mentor a cohort of futurists and technologists in foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum computing, synthetic biology, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience with regulatory compliance in high-tech sectors (FDA, FCC, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating published research or patented innovations
- Certifications in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CPSR)
