- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting emerging tech
- Drive adoption of cutting-edge tools within internal R&D processes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching technology initiatives with measurable impact
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, startups, academia)
- Experience developing 5-year technology roadmaps
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management (e.g., CTO Academy)
