Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market trends

- Partner with engineering teams to prototype breakthrough innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor global tech ecosystems and competitive landscapes
- Manage innovation lab budgets and resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping
- Strong financial acumen for tech investment analysis
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
