- Define KPIs and metrics to measure innovation impact and ROI

Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy, R&D management, or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven success in launching at least 3 disruptive products
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
